Corporate Buyer’s Agent

  • About [please apply online] is a private-owned real estate brokerage corporation licensed to conduct business in Texas and Florida. Our primary business model is residential real estate sales and leasing.

    • About the Position

    Through our various marketing efforts, Newhomeprograms.com generates buyer and seller leads appointments. The Newhomeprograms.com Buyer’s Agent is responsible for meeting qualified buyer clients, securing buyer purchase contracts, completing buyer side transaction and developing home builder relationships. Buyer’s Agents will spend most of their time out of the office selling and procuring real estate contracts

    • Main Responsibilities for this position include:
    • secure buyer’s representative agreements
    • work directly with ISA’s and Transaction Coordinator
    • cross promote affiliated business arrangements
    • document all daily activity via BoomTown!
    • conduct initial face-to-face consultation and send follow-up email
    • set up a search portal for each prospect via BoomTown!
    • understand and document all clients wants, needs and DBM
    • responsible for timely and consistent follow-up with all clients
    • serve as the key relationship for all buyers concerning property
    • develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools and all home ownership issues
    • provide high level fiduciary advice to all clients
    • consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close to include buyer walk throughs, inspections and closings
    • effectively negotiate for all buyers (unless otherwise instructed)
    • work directly with management on any issues that require resolution
    • attend open houses for team listings and builder inventory homes
    • secure listing referrals for corporate Listing Agents
    • attend and assist at home buyer seminars
    • schedule site visits with local home builders to increase product knowledge and offer solutions for builder clientele

    Maintain a minimum monthly gross sales volume (GSV) of $500,000. Conduct 5 buyer appointments per week. Conduct 2 home builder site visits per week.

    • Compensation

    Based on the closing goals we project; this position can earn $72,000 to $153,000 per year. Commissions are based on monthly production. All Listing Referral sales will be given to corporate Listing Agent for representation and will count towards monthly sales volume and commissions upon closing.

    Monthly Commission Scale:

    40% < $500,000

    45% $500,001 - $1,000,000

    50% $1,000,001+

    • Initial Term

    We will begin with a 90-day initial evaluation term. At the end of the 90 days, we will mutually evaluate each other and decide if we can continue.

    This is a 1099 independent contractor position. We will provide you with the Newhomeprograms.com LLC independent contractor's agreement.

    Job Type: Commission

    Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
